RWA Profiles
Jim West - President Jim graduated from Valparaiso University - Indianapolis, Indiana and immediately went to work for P.R. Malory Company in their engineering department. P.R. Mallory was a leader in the passive components industry at the time with their primary components being capacitors, batteries, switches, timers and potentiometers. After working in the engineering department for three years, Jim transferred into sales covering the St. Louis territory. In 1976, Jim teammed with Bob Rush to form RWA, a "rep" company which now has five employees covering five states. Jim is active in the ERA Spirit of St. Louis Chapter. Greg Jakowski Greg started his career with McDonnell Douglas Corporation (MDC). While employed at MDC, he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from St. Louis University. After achieving several goals and accomplishments within MDC, Greg decided to enter sales (eighteen years later.) He is a seasoned veteren with more than twelve years experience in the "rep" business and has account responsibility for distribution as well as direct, OEM accounts. Ron Lambert Ron graduated from University of Missouri - Kansas and went to work for Texas Instruments as inside sales. He also served six years in the Air Force reserves during this period. Milgray Electronics was looking for a manager and Ron took this position and was their branch manager until 1998 when Milgray was sold. He then opened the Midwest branch of All-American Semiconductor. He was the branch manager until he was caught in a post 911 downsizing. Ron has always worked in the Kansas market area and this is a valuable asset, as he knows the marketplace. |
